Q: I recently had Heat pump(HP21405T) installed. Error code FLo shows up. Pump won’t turn on. Manual says you can adjust the water pressure switch. The book shows what the water pressure looks like but does not show its location. Where is the water Pressure Switch on model HP21405T???

Q: Documentation and photos indicate a minimum of 12 inches from a permanent barrier on the coil sides. But page 10, item 3 of install manual says install a minimum of 60 inches from a permanent barrier. What is the requirement? Thx
