Salt & Swim is an automatic chlorine generation system for Above Ground pools. Q: When switching an existing liquid chlorine sanitized pool to a SWG, what is the consideration for past use of sodium bisulfate? The pool is approaching 1 year old late this summer. After it was installed and before winterization, there was a total of 5 lb. of 93.2% sodium bisulfate used. Since opening this spring, only 1 lb. or less has been used. There was some water dilution through draining what's necessary for winterization and refilling, and removing excess water after spring rains a few times after opening. This is not in an arid climate. Thank you!

Q: Good afternoon, I have a salt chlorinator “Salt & swim DIY-12-EU” which is about 15 years old. I have changed the cell on several occasions and everything has been correct. This summer I detected that the amount of chlorine was too low. I raised the dosage a few points and could not increase the chlorine in the pool. I thought that the cell was exhausted and I replaced it. But there were no results. I put the chlorinator on super chlorination and with that I got the chlorine level up a little, just to get through the summer. I would like to find a solution, is it possible to repair it?
