Hi, with a properly sized pump the C200S single element cartridge filter would work fine, or for a multi element version you could go with a C2030 or larger. The multi element models will not require cleaning as often.

Q: I am looking at your product descriptions on line for the Swimclear Multi Element Cartridge Filter # C5030. I am confused. The description for the "filer" reads as follows SwimClear single element cartridge filters capture more dirt for superior water clarity without the need of supplemental media or backwashing, while the industry's lowest head loss reduces energy costs. Is it a multi element cartridge or a single element one ??? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE ?? I would rather have more filtering capacity than less is this an appropriate filter for my pool ?? The information provided also references "smaller and mid sized pools", I have an inground 36,000 gallon pool. (20 X 40) What is that considered. I have a Hayward sand filter now but am considering changing it. Please advise
