Q: I have a new T cell and it is reading 3000ppm on my omniLogic. But I am getting a low salt alarm and when I take to pool store salt level is reading 2250 ppm in there a way to adjust the cell reading in the omni controller?

Q: I need to replace my blue essence BEX-CELL -20 which cell is the correct one?

Q: I just replaced my t-925 with a t-9 w3t-cell9. My salt has been tested and around 3000ppm but getting a reading on the controller of 4000+. Controller is set correctly and there is no high salt indicator on. Volts and amps all seem to be in the correct range. When I switch the controller to a t-15, all levels are more accurate.

Q: ok i finally found the online manual for the w3t-cell-9 and was told the manual had the warrenty information in it. the only info there is about the 90 day extended warrenty when you register it (which i did), but what is the original warranty.
