Q: I have an Aquatrol with a Turbocell T-cell-5. My pump is not connected to the Aquatrol unit and I turn it on and off manually . I have been leaving the switch on the Aquatrol unit set to auto. First, is it okay to leave the switch to auto even though the pump is not running? Second, water bubbles come out of the Turbocell unit and into my pool when the pump is off and the Aquatrol is set to Auto. The bubbles stop when I turn the switch to off. Is that normal?

Q: Hi two questions - we recently purchased W3AQ-TROL-HP for a 30 foot round pool, 54" high. It says this equipment works up to 18,000 gallons, but our math says this pool is filled at over 23,000, is that an issue? We got this pool from Leslie's Pool Supply and we are wondering is this the right piece of equipment for this pool. Second question - the trol has been working but every couple of hours the no flow light gets red, and then the water through the filter slows down. We then turn off the unit, the no flow flashes and goes off, runs for several hours and then the no flow light gets red again. We have tried backwashing, but the problem keeps recurring. We have removed the flapper from the skimmer and the skimmer is clean. How can we solve this issue of the no flow light going on. Gracias.

Q: A customer had the power cord to her Aquatrol Turbocell chlorine generator cut in half by her dog chewing on it. Is it possible to replace just the power cord on the chlorine generator ?

Q: Do you make an AquqTrol salt chlorine generator for up to 20,000 gallons and if not would the 18,000 gallon one work for my 20,000 gallon pool?
